Magdalena specialises in litigation and court cases concerning the protection of intellectual property, including in particular the protection of trade marks and other distinctive marks. In her daily work, she prepares legal opinions and letters in litigation proceedings before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and the EUIPO.
