Anna Dobosz has over 15 years of experience in competition law, consumer law and sectoral compliance. She advises both small entrepreneurs and large global capital groups on the legal preparation of sales systems, distribution networks, marketing and promotional programs. She analyses contracts for prohibited contractual provisions, in particular distribution and partnership agreements, and other forms of cooperation, including within industry organisations, between competitors and companies operating at different levels of trade. She advises and prepares competition complaint programs and helps verify their functioning in practice (mock dawn raids), gives opinions on activities in the field of efficient and safe conduct of notifications of the intention to concentrate in the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (merger control) and checks and verifies the regulations of stores and websites, rules of competitions and lotteries, mainly from the point of view of consumer law and the provision of services by electronic means.
