He specialises in litigation in the fields of intellectual property law, succession in its broadest sense, criminal law, and commercial disputes. He is a recognised expert whose knowledge, commitment and ability to work in an international environment enable him to provide clients with comprehensive and effective legal solutions.
Key experiences
- acting for a leading manufacturer of sliding door systems in managing dozens of disputes with competitors, including representation in court proceedings (notably interim injunction cases), administrative and administrative court proceedings, as well as advising on matters related to infringement.
- advising a leading Chinese manufacturer of furniture accessories in the management of multiple disputes and court proceedings, including infringement-related matters, and overseeing the coordination of rights protection across Europe.
- advising a leading U.S. producer of sunglasses on the management of numerous disputes concerning intellectual property infringements at the border, including negotiations and conclusion of amicable settlements, as well as representation in criminal court proceedings and before customs authorities.
