An expert in the field of transboundary movement of waste, with 18 years of experience in enforcing and controlling regulations concerning waste management and their international transport. A graduate of the Inter-Faculty Studies in Environmental Protection at the University of Warsaw.
For many years associated with the Chief Inspectorate for Environmental Protection, where he was responsible for supervising compliance with regulations concerning the movement of waste. He conducted numerous training courses for representatives of public administration, law enforcement agencies and the private sector, focusing on practical aspects of applying the law in the area of environmental protection. He acted as the national contact point for the Basel Convention on the control of transboundary movements and disposal of hazardous waste and the national correspondent for Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006 on the movement of waste.
For several years, he has been active in the private sector, providing advice to companies involved in international waste trade.
He supports clients in the process of obtaining permits for transboundary movement of waste, ensuring compliance with applicable national and EU law and minimizing risks related to administrative procedures.
