Magdalena Materowicz-Kukla specializes in civil law. She has experience in conducting court disputes in civil and commercial cases. For years, she has supported individual clients and entrepreneurs in effectively pursuing their rights – both at the pre-trial stage and during proceedings before common courts.
She gained professional experience in the District Court in Warsaw, working as an assistant judge in the civil and family department and in renowned Warsaw law firms. She worked, among others, on cases related to the protection of personal rights, press law, labor law and family matters.
